I would highly recommend her. She worked with me for months before the house was ready to list. Helped me make decisions as to what needed to be repaired or removed in order to sell it. After I formally listed it with her in April she was in contact with me. I had offers within one week and sold over my asking price. Noreen did all the work, much more than other agents did. She worked to make sure all my permits were cleared and worked closely with my attorney. She made sure she had all information for the appraiser so that he would give us a good price for the house.
